Olly's Farm - Raw Wicklow Honey

This is 100% raw Wicklow honey that is simply extracted from the beehive frames and passed through a course filter/sieve to remove large particles of wax/debris. It's then put into jars ready for sale.

It's collected by Olly's bees down in the orchard on the Powerscourt Estate in Enniskerry and is from the 2021 spring flow. It consists mainly of some spring flowering plants such as apple blossom, whitethorn, horse chestnut and sycamore. 

As this is raw honey it will naturally crystallize. It has not been heated, fine filtered, or processed in any way as a result it still contains pollen & wax particles.
