Freshly baked bread delivered daily by the Firehouse Bakery.

A take on the Italian classic. This bread combines high hydration with a poolish preferment.

Bread and baked goods can only be ordered 48 hours ahead. Orders must be made before 1pm to be within bread order window.

We will have a limited selection of fresh baked bread available in store which you can pick up with your order if you are making a same day collection depending on availability.
